The passionate storyteller
Rodes Phire began her creative journey in Los Angeles as a child actor, developing an early passion for performance and storytelling. She holds a B.A. in Theatre from UC Irvine and an M.F.A. in Screenwriting from USC’s School of Cinematic Arts, with further performance training at Steppenwolf West.
Her voice - shaped by East L.A. roots and O.C. suburban contrasts - is grounded, authentic, and emotionally charged. As a producer and director, her work spans genres and has premiered at top festivals. She champions community, mentors women through The New Hollywood, and supports Alzheimer’s research with the non-profit AlzOut.
