hello

meet rodes

I tell stories about people, purpose, and the quiet moments that shape us.

My work centers on connection, emotion, and the small pieces of life that stay with us long after the moment has passed.

films

I create films that center on people, connection, and the quiet truths that we carry.

From intimate character stories to emotional journeys, each film is crafted with warmth, intention and heart. These stories are meant to linger long after the credits fade.

portraits

My portraits celebrate the connection between people, the relationship with a furry friend, the beauty of nature or the unspoken dialogue between the camera and its subject.

Whether it's a senior duo dancing or a moment wrapped in sunlight, these images honor the stories that live between us.

quiet moments

These are the small, tender scenes that often pass unnoticed - a soft exchange, a laugh, a moment of stillness.

Quiet moments is a collection of gentle, fleeting pieces of life that remind us what really matters.

a few things about me

  • I used to be a kickboxing instructor, but today I prefer gentler mornings and cuddles with my dogs.

  • I live on a small farm with animals who remind me to slow down and stay present.

  • My journey spans from playing Sally Bowles in Caberet to being Yaya to my spirited two-year-old granddaughter.

  • As a teenager, my slumber party trick was inventing meet-cutes for all of my friends and their crushes.
